Welcome to Cafe x Jose, a hidden gem nestled at 105 S Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76104. This cozy coffee shop offers a delightful blend of craft coffee and innovative brunch options that have quickly made it a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
At Cafe x Jose, you'll find a menu that tantalizes the taste buds without overwhelming the senses. The coffee selection includes customizable options such as whole milk, oat milk, and almond milk, perfect for morning pick-me-ups or lazy afternoon sips. Those seeking a casual yet rich experience should not miss the horchata latte with strawberry—a true standout that has received glowing reviews for its unique flavor profile.
The food at Cafe x Jose is just as impressive as their beverages. Customers rave about the steak big breakfast burrito, which is aptly named given its generous portion. Priced at $13, it's a filling delight that encapsulates the spirit of hearty brunch fare. Another must-try is the cinnamon vanilla chicken waffles: a blend of sweet and savory that leaves a lasting impression, celebrated for its well-executed flavors.
Many patrons, like Hannah Zawia, have noted the impeccable quality of the breakfast tacos, highlighted for their crispiness and seasoning—a testament to the kitchen’s dedication to flavor. Meanwhile, the spicy chicken tender sandwich has garnered its accolades as one of the best in town, paired expertly with spicy mayo for that extra kick.
While the food and drinks are undeniably splendid, be prepared for a wait, especially on weekends. As noted by several satisfied customers, including Jason Waite, patience is vital as the made-to-order nature of the food truck experience can lead to longer wait times. However, the consensus remains that the quality and taste of the dishes are worth every minute.
Cafe x Jose isn’t just about food and drink; it’s an experience. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and the warmth of community spirit envelop you as you enter. So grab a spot on their outdoor patio, sip on a refreshing blackberry lemonade, and indulge in a plate of chicken and waffles or a breakfast burrito that could even be a meal for two. With every visit, you’ll discover something new to love.

This place has great coffee, really really good food. Ordered a steak, egg, cheese, and tater tots burrito, that thing is massive (eat at your own risk). Cinnamon vanilla chicken waffles were awesome! The food and drinks are well worth it, and like someone else mentioned the wait was bit too long. Maybe, a suggestion for the owner to let people know food takes a bit longer since it is a food truck and not a full kitchen restaurant. Sorry but no pictures my little family was really hungry.

I met a client here around 10 AM on a weekday here and there was no long wait—huge plus. I had the horchata latte with strawberry (so good!) and my client had the iced chai latte with strawberry—we were both impressed. We didn’t try the food this time, but I saw they offer pastries during the week and more food options on weekends. Can’t wait to come back!

I love this place! Found them randomly on a Sunday for brunch. Our favorite is the steak big breakfast burrito. BIG is an understatement. Totally worth the $13 for a big burrito. Multiple drink options from matcha to espresso lattes. Also, they can get a bit busy especially during the weekends and Fort Worth community market days. Be open to waiting outside on those days (:

Went for first time on a day trip from Dallas to Fort Worth. The breakfast tacos were impeccable, cripsy, well seasoned and filling! The spicy chicken tender and spicy mayo was some of the best I’ve had! Loved the blackberry lemonade! The customer service was perfect so nice and friendly! Special shout out to Kyrian (sorry if I spelled wrong)

Food is outstanding. Like, really really good. Chicken and waffles is super well-executed. GREAT bacon and eggs. Coffee is dark roast, but still quite good espresso (my standards are HIGH). 3rd-wave embraced medium beans and most high-end cafes are on-board. That’s my recommendation for improvement. Final note: DO NOT come here if you’re short on time. Took 40 minutes to get our food after we ordered.

What a gem! Some of the best coffee in Fort Worth and incredible food to match. Their pumpkin spice latte was incredible - super smooth and strong coffee taste with well balanced - not too sweet - pumpkin spice flavor. The Hot Chicken sandwich was one of the best cooked chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Bacon egg and cheese was perfect.

Sundays are our fun days—our time to discover unique spots with great vibes and mouthwatering food. This place? Total winner. It entertained everything! The food was beyond delicious, and my chai latte? Absolute perfection. Hubby had the Arnold Palmer Refreshing Chef’s kiss! I don’t even know if I’ll bother trying anything else—this might just be the spot for chicken and waffles and my go-to chai latte from here on out. Side Sundays, consider yourselves upgraded! Hidden Gem!
